Make sure you know how much you need to pay before you go to Money Services to pay your WIPS rent. This information might not be available to our agents. If you pay too much, you won’t be able to get your money back. Instead, your property manager will count the extra money as a credit.
With a WIPS card, you can only pay your property management company. You can’t use this service to pay any other bills.
If you lose your card or it gets broken, you can ask your property manager for a new one. You may have to pay a small fee to get a new one, but you’ll need this card to pay with cash. At some places, you’ll also need to bring a second form of ID with your name, address, or phone number on it so they can credit your account correctly.
